As a lifelong learner and problem solver, I'm always excited about creating effective, delightful, and human-centered experiences.
I’ve been a designer and leader for over 20 years. My unique perspective and skill set also includes experience in product management, philanthropy, and education. I offer deep expertise in demystifying and evangelizing design, optimizing design strategy and execution, and evaluating experiences with curiosity and empathy.
I love building fun, collaborative relationships. The experience of working with a designer should be as delightful as the designs we create. I look for ways to make communication clearer, hand-offs smoother, and routines more effective.
As a servant-leader, I set out to model productive engagement, empower people to succeed, remove roadblocks, and help build resilience. I aim to inspire by connecting a compelling big-picture vision to team and individual contributions.
I also have strong business and leadership acumen. I’ve navigated complex global organizations, driven multi-year initiatives, worked in heavily regulated industries, and transformed teams.
I value environments that are ethical and inclusive, and prefer to work with organizations and people that share those priorities.
